Booking Appointment Policy

TO ALL CLIENTS:

Be notified that once you make an appointment with FIG, we have allocated this time specifically for you, cancelling at the last minute or a no show is very costly to the business. 

We would like to inform all clients: that once you have booked an appointment with FIG the art of hair, that we have a 24hr cancellation policy.

No Show Clients: Will be invoiced 50% of services not attended.

New No Show Clients: Require 100% deposit before booking future appointments.

Last Minute Cancellations: Will be invoiced 25% of services not attended.

At FIG we do understand that life is unpredictable and appointments need to be changed and  cancelled but do keep in mind that the time slot which you have booked in many cases may not be rebooked and at that stage you have cost FIG and the hairdresser substantial grief and money.

* Clients please have the courtesy of asking for the receptionist name once you have canceled your appointment for reference.
